• Early engagement with Anglian Water to ensure that there is adequate capacity, or capacity can be made available, in the local water recycling network. regarding the need to phase the site to address capacity issues with both the Water Recycling Centre and the local sewer network.

Make updates to the following paragraph and update the Woodton Policy Map to reflect modifications to the settlement limit:

The Settlement Limit has been drawn to include the main built form of the settlement, including the ribbon development north along The Street and the 2015 WOO1 allocation. A minor addition to the Settlement Limit north of Church Road has also been included around a short row of residential properties, close to VC WOO1.
