Amend Policy VC WIN1 as follows:

Policy VC WIN1REV – Land west of Hall Road

1.0ha of land is allocated for approximately 20 21 dwellings.

Make consequential changes to the supporting text.

Amend policy criteria to read:

• A site-specific Flood Risk Assessment (FRA) and strategy, to inform the access arrangements and layout of the site, and which has regard to the Stage 2 VCLevel 2 Strategic Flood Risk Assessment (SFRA) (including the May 2025 Addendum) and the National Flood Risk Assessment 2 data;
• Site design to have consideration to the local vernacular and distinctiveness, especially materials, with reference to the Conservation Area Appraisal; and
